海南黄牛木根化学成分分析

摘要: 本文对海南黄牛木[Cratoxylum cochinchinense (Lour.) Blume]根的化学成分进行研究。采用薄层色谱、硅胶与凝胶柱色谱法对黄牛木根的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,得到10个化合物,根据波谱数据和理化性质,分别鉴定为β谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、豆甾烷4烯3酮(3)、软木三萜酮(4)、穿贝海绵甾醇(5)、ɑ倒捻子素(6)、3表白桦酸(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、Pruniflorone H(9)、(13E,17E)Polypoda7,13,17,21tetraen3bol(10)、Vismiaquinone(11)。化合物5、8、9、11首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: To study the chemical constituents in the root of Cratoxylum cochinchinense (Loureiro) Blume.The constituents were isolated from C.cochinchinense and purified by TLC,silia gel and gel column chromatography.The structures were identified by physiochemical and spectral data.eleven constituents were elucidated as βsitosterol (1),stignasterl (2),Stigmast4en3one (3),Friedelin (4),Clionasterol (5),ɑMangostin (6),3epibetulinic (7),daucosterol (8),Pruniflorone H (9),(13E,17E)Polypoda7,13,17,21tetraen3bol (10),Vismiaquinone (11).Compounds 5,8,9 and 11 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
