巴马火麻籽脂肪酸成分GC/MS分析及生物活性研究

GC/MS Analysis of Organic Acids and Bioactivities of Cannabis sativa L.Seeds Extract

摘要: 为了研究巴马火麻籽脂肪酸成分及其抗炎和神经保护作用,采用溶剂法提取巴马火麻籽脂肪酸成分,采用衍生物制备方法进行衍生化。通过气相色谱质谱联用法分析巴马火麻籽脂肪酸成分,用面积归一化法获得各脂肪酸成分的相对百分含量。巴马火麻籽提取物中鉴定了12个脂肪酸成分的结构及相对含量,其中11个脂肪酸酯,相对含量较高的亚油酸乙酯占49.49%,亚麻酸乙酯占31.58%,棕榈酸乙酯占6.83%,亚油酸酯和亚麻酸酯占总脂肪酸的82.64%。火麻籽提取物在实验剂量下没有细胞毒活性,火麻籽提取物具有抗炎和神经保护作用。

Abstract: In order to research the chemical composition and the bioactivities of the extract of the seeds of Cannabis sativa L.,the fatty acid derivatives were isolated by solvent extraction method and analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry method and principal components analysis was adopted to investigate their compositions.Cytotoxic,antiinflammatory and neuroprotective activities were studied on the extract.12 peaks were detected and 11 components were identified as fatty acid esters according to their mass analysis.The results showed that the relative amount of fatty acid esters was higher in the lowboiling substancesin the seeds of C.sativa.The amount of (Z,Z)9,12octadecadienoic acid esters and (Z,Z,Z)9,12,15octadecatrienoic acid esters is up to 83.64% of total fatty acid derivatives.The extract of the seeds of C.sativa have no toxic,have antiinflammatory and neuroprotective activities.
