摘要: 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加两种植物提取物对断奶仔猪免疫指标的影响。选取胎次相近(3~6胎次)、体重相近、25日龄断奶的“Y x L”仔猪120头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮上添加20 mg/kg硫酸抗敌素+100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌、400 mg/kg植物提取物复合物I、400 mg/kg植物提取物复合物Ⅱ,试验期30天。结果表明:与对照组相比,45日龄时两组植物提取物复合物组IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4、IL-2、IFN-γ含量均显著提高(P<0.05),RBC总数与IL-6含量升高;60日龄时,三个试验组IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ显著提高(P<0.05),两组植物提取物复合物组IgM、IgG、C3、C4 含量及RBC总数均极显著提高(P<0.01),IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,两组植物提取物复合物能够改善断奶仔猪的免疫功能。

Abstract: The study was conducted to investigate the effects of two plant extracts on the immune function of weaned piglets.One hundred and twenty 25-day-old weaned pigs (Large White x Landrace) with similar average body weight were selected and randomly allocated into four groups with three replicates per group and ten piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group was fed a basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 20 mg/kg colistin sulfate and 100 mg/kg bacitracin zinc (antibiotic group),400 mg/kg plant extracts compounds I (plant extract compounds I group),400 mg/kg plant extract compound II (plant extract compound II),respectively.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed that:at 45 days of age,the contents of IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4,IL-2 and IFN-γ were significantly higher in the two plant extract compounds groups (P< 0.05),contents of IL-6 and the total number of RBC in two plant extracts compounds groups increased;at 60 days of age,contents of IL-2,IL-6 and IFN-γ in three experimental groups increased (P< 0.05),contents of IgM,IgG,C3 and C4  and the total number of RBC in two plant extracts compounds groups increased (P< 0.01),and IgA level increased (P<0.05).The results showed that the two kinds of plant extracts could improve the immune function of weaned piglets.
