菠萝蜜种子多酚的超临界CO2萃取工艺研究

摘要: 采用超临界CO2萃取菠萝蜜种子中的多酚。通过单因素和正交试验考察了萃取压力、CO2流量、萃取温度、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量等因素对超临界CO2萃取菠萝蜜种子多酚产量的影响。实验结果表明各因素对产量影响的大小顺序为CO2流量>萃取温度>乙醇浓度>乙醇用量>萃取压力;最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力175 bar、乙醇浓度70%、乙醇用量5 mL/g、萃取温度50 ℃、CO2流量30 g/min、萃取时间1.5 h,在此条件下菠萝蜜种子多酚产量达0.6254 mg/g。

Abstract: The supercritical CO2 extraction of polyphenol from jackfruit seed was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiment.Experimental results showed that the successive order of different effect factors on yield of polyphenol was flow rate of CO2>extracting temperature >ethanol concentration >ethanol dosage > extracting pressure.The optimal exterimental parameters were 30 g·min-1 flow rate of CO2,175 bar extracting pressure、70% ethanol concentration、5 mL/g ethanol dosage、50 ℃ extracting temperature、30 g/min flow rate of CO2 and 1.5 h extracting time.The optimum technology of supercritical CO2 extraction of polyphenol from jackfruit seed was high efficient,yield 0.6254 mg/g。
