摘要: 胰岛素抵抗是一种多因素诱发和多基因调控疾病。为了阐明胰岛素抵抗产生的机制,国内外学者建立了多种胰岛素抵抗细胞模型,其中HepG2肝癌细胞是应用较多的细胞模型。本文就HepG2肝癌细胞胰岛素抵抗模型的诱导方法及其在生物活性评价中的应用进行综述,以期为外周靶组织的胰岛素抵抗研究提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract: Insulin resistance is a multigene regulatory disease which also induced by multifactor.Researchers have established many kinds of insulin resistant cell model to clarify the mechanism of insulin resistance,including HepG2 cells which are a wide-accepted model cell.This review gives a detailed discussion on the research progress in establishment of insulin resistance HepG2cell model,as well as the evaluation of bioactivities in insulin resistance,providing a reference in improving insulin resistance.
