金钗石斛倍半萜类成分研究进展

Research progress of sesquiterpenoids from Dendrobium nobile

摘要: 金钗石斛为传统名贵中药,药用历史悠久。现代研究发现金钗石斛中含有倍半萜类、茋类、黄酮类、以及多糖等多种化学成分,其中倍半萜类报道较多,且以结构特殊的picrotoxane型为代表,同时发现金钗石斛倍半萜具有神经保护、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等方面的生理活性。因此,本文对金钗石斛中的倍半萜类成分进行总结归纳,为其进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract: Dendrobium nobile Lindl was a precious traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of medicinal application.It had been found in modern research that it contains many chemical components such as sesquiterpenoids,stilbenoids,flavonoids,and polysaccharides,among which sesquiterpenoids were reported more.It was represented by a special structure of picrotoxane,and it was also found that the D. nobile had physiological functions such as neuropotection,immune regulation and anti-tumor.Therefore,this article summarized the researches on sesquiterpenoid compounds in D. nobile,providing a certain reference for further studies.
