摘要: 为开发利用黄芪多糖提高微球的载药能力的可行性。实验通过溶剂蒸发法制备负载APS / 5-FU的聚乳酸(PLA)微球。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和FT-IR测定复合微球的结构,以及制备的两组微球(添加APS / 5-FU / PLA,无APS / 5-FU / PLA)的载药性能。结果表明,加入APS后,PLA微球具有较高的载药量,包封率和免疫刺激活性。负载APS 的 5-FU/PLA微球作为缓释的药物载体显示出巨大的潜力。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop the feasibility of using Astragalus polysaccharides to increase the drug-loading capacity of microspheres.APS/5-FU loaded polylactic acid (PLA) microspheres were prepared by solvent evaporation.The structure of the composite microspheres was determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FT-IR,and the drug-loading properties of the prepared microspheres (adding APS / 5-FU / PLA,no APS / 5-FU / PLA) were investigated.The results showed that PLA microspheres had higher drug loading,encapsulation efficiency and immunostimulatory activity after the addition of APS.The AFU-loaded 5-FU/PLA microspheres show great potential as a drug carrier for sustained release.
