伊枯草菌素A对草莓腐败菌的抑制效果研究

Antibacterial effect of iturin A on strawberry spoilage mold

摘要:

实验研究了伊枯草菌素A对草莓腐败菌镰刀霉(Fusarium fujikuroi)和灰葡萄孢霉(Botrytis cinerea)的抑菌效果。实验采用脱氢乙酸钠和纳他霉素为阳性对照。研究结果得出,对F. fujikuroi,脱氢乙酸钠、纳他霉素、伊枯草菌素A的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为3.0、7.5、0.051 8 mg/mL;对B. cinerea,脱氢乙酸钠、纳他霉素、伊枯草菌素A的MIC分别为20、20、0.037 0 mg/mL。上述结果表明,F. fujikuroiB. cinerea对伊枯草菌素A的敏感性均大于脱氢乙酸钠和纳他霉素。对三种抑菌剂处理后的腐败菌进行核酸蛋白质泄露情况测定。结果表明,三种抑菌剂均是以破坏腐败菌的细胞膜,导致核酸蛋白质的泄露,从而达到抑菌效果。本文研究了伊枯草菌素A对采后草莓腐败真菌的抑菌效果,为伊枯草菌素A在草莓采后保鲜中的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The antimicrobial effect of iturin A on Fusarium fujikuroi and Botrytis cinerea was studied.The sodium dehydroacetate and natamycin were used as positive controls.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of sodium dehydroacetate,natamycin,and iturin A for F. fujikuroi, were 3,7.5 and 0.051 8 mg/mL,respectively.For B. cinerea,the MIC of sodium dehydroacetate,natamycin,and iturin A were 20,20 and 0.037 0 mg/mL,respectively.These results indicated that both F. fujikuroi and B. cinerea were more sensitive to iturin A than sodium dehydroacetate and natamycin.The nucleic acid and protein leakage were measured for the spoilage mold treated after the three bacteriostatic agents.The results showed that all the three bacteriostatic agents could destroy the cell membrane of the spoilage mold,which led to the leakage of nucleic acid and protein,thereby achieving the antibacterial effect.In this paper,possible data on antibacterial effect of iturin A on the spoilage mold of postharvest strawberries in this study might provide a theoretical basis for the use of iturin A on postharvest preservation of strawberries.
