摘要: 近年来,离子液体在天然产物的分离分析中得到了广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了离子液体在高速逆流色谱技术中分离制备天然产物的应用研究进展,特别是对其作为高速逆流色谱两相溶剂改性剂在天然产物分离制备领域的应用发展作了详细介绍,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Ionic liquids are widely used in separation and analysis of natural products in recent years.This review mainly focuses on the research progress of ionic liquids in separation and analysis of natural products by high-speed counter-current chromatography.Especially,as a two-phase solvent modifier for high-speed counter-current chromatography,there are detailed introductions of application and development for ionic liquids used in separation and preparation of natural products.Meanwhile,the future development direction of ionic liquids is also prospected in this review.
