四环三萜化合物在神经系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要:

神经系统疾病是严重危害人类健康的一类疾病,其因复杂的发病机制和神经性损伤的不可逆,至今仍是一大难题。神经系统天然药物的研究和开发已经受到国内外学者的广泛关注。四环三萜是植物体内重要的次生代谢产物,在自然界中分布广、活性强。本文通过查阅近5年四环三萜在神经系统领域的文献报道,综述了具有神经药理活性的四环三萜化合物37个,包括达玛烷型、羊毛脂烷型和环阿屯烷型。对四环三萜化合物的结构类型、植物来源、神经药理活性、构效关系进行详细综述,为四环三萜类化合物在神经系统领域的新药发现和药物设计提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Neurological disorders are regarded as a kind of disease endangering human health seriously,which are characterized by complex pathogenesis and the irreversible neurological damage.It’s still one of the diseases that are very difficult to overcome.Rencently,the research and development of novel drugs-derived from natural products for the treatment of neurological disorders has been attracted great attention by scholars at home and abroad.Tetracyclic triterpenes are important secondary metabolites of plants that are widely distributed in nature with strong bioactivities.In this paper,thirty-seven tetracytriterpenes with neuropharmacological activities were summarized,including damarane,lanolane and cycloaltonane.The structure types,plant sources,neuropharmacological activities and structure-activity relationships of them are reviewed as well in detail based on literature reports in the past five years.This article aims to provide scientific references for the new drug discovery and drug design of tetracyclic triterpenoids.
