玉竹多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用

Effects of Polygonatum odoratum Polysaccharide on Anti-Fatigue in Mice

摘要: 为了探讨玉竹多糖(POP)的抗氧化和抗疲劳的效果,我们通过水煮提取玉竹多糖,利用乙醇沉淀、丙酮洗脱以及三氯乙酸沉淀蛋白得到玉竹多糖,建立小鼠的负重游泳和自由游泳模型,灌胃不同剂量的玉竹多糖溶液,测定小鼠负重游泳时间和30分钟自由游泳后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),乳酸(LD),磷酸肌酸激酶(CK),血尿素氮(BUN),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)等生化指标。POP喂养小鼠游泳实验结果发现,POP能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,明显提高喂养小鼠血清血糖、肌糖原、SOD、CAT和GSH的含量,明显降低LDH,LD,CK,BUN以及MDA的含量。

Abstract: To investigate the antioxidant and antifatigue effects of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide (POP).The POP was extracted by water extraction,alcohol precipitation,Acetone elution and trichloroacetic acid precipitation.A weight loaded swimming model and a free swimming model of mice were established.Meanwhile the mice were given different doses of POP.After loaded-swimming and free swimming for 30 minutes,Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),lactic acid (LD),creatine phosphate kinase (CK),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),(glutathione) GSH and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured.The results indicated that POP can significantly prolong the loaded swimming time,increase the contents of blood glucose,muscle glucose,SOD,CAT and GSH i,and decrease the levels of LDH,LD,CK,BUN and MDA.
