大白菜的化学成分研究

摘要:

对十字花科芸薹属植物大白菜(Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis)的化学成分进行研究。利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、半制备高效液相、结晶、重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,根据所得单体化合物的理化性质和核磁共振波谱数据对所得单体化合物进行结构分析鉴定。从新鲜大白菜95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了15个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(2)、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(3)、(6S,9S)-长寿花糖苷(4)、尿嘧啶核糖核苷(5)、琥珀酸(6)、琥珀酸甲酯(7)、对羟基肉桂酸(8)、乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、谷焦氨酸正丁酯(10)、环(酪氨酸-亮氨酸)(11)、环(L-脯氨酸-D-亮氨酸)(12)、氯代正十六烷(13)、油酸酰胺(14)、豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(15)。化合物3、6~15为首次从十字花科芸薹属植物中分离得到,化合物1、3~15为首次从大白菜中分离得到。采用MTT法检测了分离所得化合物3体外抑制喉癌Hep-2细胞生长的作用。

Abstract:

To investigate the chemical constituents from the Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis (Cruciferae).The constituents from the 95% ethanol extract of Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative high performance liquid phase,crystallization,recrystallization technologies.The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified.They were identified as β-sitosterol(1),5-hydroxymethylfurfural (2),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (3),(6S,9S)-roseoside(4),uridine(5),succinate(6),methyl succinate(7),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(8),ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (9),butyl pyroglutamate(10),cyclo (Pro-Leu)(11),cyclo(Tyr-Leu)(12),1-chlorohexadecane(13),oleamide(14),stigmastane-3,6-dionez(15).Compounds 3 and 6-15 are obtained from the plants of Brassicas.for the first time,and compound 1,3-15 is isolated from Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis for the first time.The effect of the compound 3 on inhibiting the growth of laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells in vitro was examined by MTT.
