摘要: 结合淫羊藿黄酮醇成分次生代谢规律及高分辨质谱,构建以巫藿苷为特征产物的生源合成途径,推导验证淫羊藿新化合物的化学结构。高分辨质谱采集15个品种的54批次淫羊藿样品数据,利用PeakView软件的Formula Finder、Mass Calculators、XIC manager等功能、在线数据库(SciFinder、Reaxys、ChemSpider等)及二级质谱碎裂规律,解析验证所推导代谢产物的化学结构。本实验在不同品种批次淫羊藿样品中分析鉴定出了12个新化合物。该研究方法可以简化繁琐的植化分离步骤,为具有药效活性次生代谢产物分析鉴定提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:

In combination with the secondary metabolism and high resolution mass spectrometry of the flavanol components of Epimedium,a biogenic synthesis pathway with wushanicariin as the characteristic product was constructed to derive and verify the chemical structure of new components. Fifty-four batches of Epimedium samples from 15 varieties were collected by high resolution mass spectrometry. The chemical structure of the deduced metabolites was analyzed and verified by using the functions of Formula Finder,Mass Calculators,XIC manager,online database (SciFinder,Reaxys,ChemSpider,etc.) and the fragmentation rule of secondary mass spectrometry of PeakView software. In this experiment,12 new compounds were identified in different kinds of Epimedium samples. This research method can simplify the complicated steps of phytochemical separation and provide a new way for the analysis and identification of bioactive secondary metabolites.
