薇甘菊叶的化学成分及抑菌活性研究

摘要:

薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha H.B.K)是一种入侵植物,已对入侵地的健康生态环境造成不利影响;本文采用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化方法,研究薇甘菊叶的化学成分,分离得到9个化合物,分别为十三烷酸甲酯(1)、(Z)-6-十九碳烯酸(2)、植酸棕榈酸酯(3)、十六烷酸(4)、α-生育酚醌(5)、黑麦草内酯(6)、豆甾醇(7)、薇甘菊内酯(8)和二氢薇甘菊内酯(9),其中1~6均为首次从薇甘菊中分离得到。采用肉汤二倍稀释法对化合物1~9进行抑菌活性测试,结果显示化合物8和9对所测受试菌都有抑菌活性,最小抑菌浓度均为500 mg/L。

Abstract:

Mikania micrantha H.B.K is the most invasive plants in the world.The damage has severely affected the economic development of the invaded area;Nine compounds were isolated from the leaves of M. micrantha plants method through silica gel column chromatography,which were methyl tridecanoate (1),(Z)-6-nonadecenoic acid (2),phytyl palmitate (3),palmitic acid (4),α-tocopherolquinone (5),loliolide (6),stigmasterol (7),mikanolide (8),and dihydromikanolide (9) were isolated from leaves of M. micrantha by chromatography method.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.Compounds 1-6 were isolated from M. micrantha for the first time.The doubling dilution method of broth was used to test the antibacterial activity of compounds 1-9.The results showed that compounds 8 and 9 had antibacterial activity against the tested bacteria,and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 500 mg/L.
