蛙皮素对Hela、HFL1细胞增殖的影响

摘要: 本实验目的在于探讨蛙皮素对人子宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响。利用不同浓度蛙皮素作用于对数生长期的Hela细胞和HFL1,借助MTT法检测蛙皮素对这两种细胞的敏感性。结果显示,不同浓度的蛙皮素对人成纤维细胞HFL1的增殖具有促进作用,浓度150 μg/mL时,对人肺成纤维细胞HFL1的促进作用达到最大值(125.71%);蛙皮素对人子宫颈癌Hela细胞生长有显著抑制作用(P<0.05),蛙皮素浓度为750 μg/mL时,对Hela细胞生长的抑制作用达到最大(59.1%)。蛙皮素对于Hela细胞的增殖具有显著抑制作用。

Abstract: The effect of bombesin on the proliferation of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells was investigated.MTT reduction assay was performed to measure the proliferation of Hela cells and with different concentrations of bombesin.The result showed that the proliferation of HFL1 cells was observed with different concentrations(1501550 μg/mL),in which the 150 μg/mL BBS showed the highest stimulation effect.Suppression of Hela cells was observed with different concentrations(1501550 μg/mL),in which the 750 μg/mL BBS showed the highest suppression effect.Hence,it was concluded that bombesin had the suppressive effects on proliferation of Hela in vitro.
