摘要: 为明确艾纳香药效物质基础,采用超高效液相色谱仪联用四级杆串联飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE)技术快速鉴定艾纳香有效部位化学成分。色谱柱为BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),流动相为0.1% 甲酸水(A)-0.1%甲酸乙腈(B)梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 mL/min,电喷雾高分辨质谱分别采用正负离子两种模式进行扫描。结合天然产物词典(DNP,Dictionary of natural products)和文献对化学成分进行定性。乙酸乙酯部位共检测到23种成分,鉴定出22种,石油醚部位检测到25种成分,鉴定出21种。本研究明确了艾纳香有效部位的化学组成,为艾纳香中药物先导化合物的发现提供依据。

Abstract: To investigate the active chemical composition of Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.,a rapid identification of chemical constituents method of ultra-high performance liquid coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE) was conducted.A BEH C18 column (100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm) eluted with a step gradient mobile phase composed of water (A) and acetonitrile (B) each containing 0.1% formic acid and the flow rate was 0.40 mL/min,HRESI/MS was operated in positive/negative ion mode individually.Qualitative identification was recorded by combination of DNP with literature reported.22 compounds were identified from the 23 peaks detected in EtOAc part,and 21 compounds were determined from the 25 signals detected in petroleum ether fraction.This study clarified the chemical composition of effective parts of Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.and provides basis for new drug agents exploration from Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.
