摘要: 20(R)-人参皂苷Rg3是人参皂苷的主要活性单体之一,主要用于抗肿瘤治疗。近年来,20(R)-人参皂苷Rg3的药理作用不断取得进展,其中保护心脑血管、增强免疫功能、抗增生性瘢痕、抗疲劳的药理作用尤为值得关注。本文整理近年来国内外与20(R)-人参皂苷Rg3相关文献,论述其主要药理作用及其作用机制,为进一步开发20(R)-人参皂苷Rg3提供了科学依据。

Abstract: 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 was one of the major active components of ginseng saponins and was mainly used in anti-tumor therapy.In recent years,the pharmacological effects of 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 had made continuous progress.It was important to pay attention to the pharmacological effects of 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3,especially the protective effects on cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,immune function enhancement,anti-hypertrophic scar and anti-fatigue activities.In this article,we summarized the relevant literature on 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 at home and abroad,and discussed its pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms,which provided a scientific basis for the further research.
