摘要: 姜科豆蔻属植物分布于热带和亚热带地区,大多可药用,作为传统常用药材使用。该属植物结构类型丰富,具有胃肠保护作用、抗氧化、降血糖、抗炎、抗过敏、抗菌、肝脏保护和阿尔兹海默保护等药理活性,具有开发利用价值。通过近十年国内外文献检索,对该属植物的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行系统综述,为豆蔻属植物的研究开发和综合利用提供依据。

Abstract: Plants from the genus Amomum(Zingiberaceae)are widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions,and most of them can be used as traditional Chinese medicine.Due to structural diversity and various pharmacology activities such as gastrointestinal protection,antioxidation,hypoglycemic action,anti-inflammation,anti-anaphylaxis,antibiosis,hepatoprotective effect and Alzheimer's protection,it is considered as a kind of plants with great utilization value.Through referring to domestic and foreign journals and databases in the recent ten years,the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects were systematically reviewed in this paper,which would provide a basis for more reasonable development and comprehensive utilization of the Amomum plant resources.
