灵芝多糖对心肌保护作用机制的研究进展

摘要:

心肌损伤是心血管疾病最严重的病理后果也是其高死亡率的重要原因。造成心肌损伤的原因有多种,如缺血再灌注损伤、毒物和药物、炎症作用及各种代谢性疾病。灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)是我国历史悠久的中味药材,可益气血、安心神、健脾胃。存在于灵芝细胞壁中的灵芝多糖(G.lucidum polysaccharides,GLPs)是其最有效的成分之一,尽管近些年GLPs对心肌保护作用的相关研究越来越多,但综合性的相关探讨却缺乏梳理。该文章介绍了GLPs可缓解缺血再灌注损伤、降血糖、清除体内自由基、降血脂、改善抗癌药物及脓毒血症对心肌的损害等功效,梳理了近年来多篇相关性研究,为临床心肌损伤患者的预防和治疗及后续研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Myocardial injury is a serious pathological consequence of cardiovascular disease and directly relating to high mortality rate. Various pathogenesis may cause myocardial injury, such as ischemia-reperfusion injury, toxins and drugs, inflammatory effects, or various metabolic diseases. Ganoderma lucidum, a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, is believed to benefit Qi and blood, calm the mind, and strengthen the spleen and stomach. G. lucidum polysaccharides (GLPs), existing in the cell wall of G. lucidum, are one of its effective components. In recent years, there has been an increasing amount of research focus on the myocardial protective effect of GLPs, but seldomly make a comprehensive exploration. This article introduces the effects of GLPs on alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury, lowering blood sugar, eliminating free radicals in the body, lowering blood lipids, improving the effects of anti-cancer drugs and sepsis on myocardial injury. Multiple related studies in recent years have been reviewed, providing reference for the prevention and treatment of clinical myocardial injury patients and subsequent research.
