Chemical Constituents from Fresh Clematis intricata Bunge

摘要: 从黄花铁线莲(Clematis intricata Bunge)新鲜全草中分离得到7个化合物,经理化和光谱分析鉴定为正二十八烷醇(n - octacosanol) (1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、东莨菪素 (3)、阿魏酸(4)、2-甲氨基苯甲酸(5)、水杨酸 (6)和甘露醇(7)。其中,化合物5首次从天然界中分离得到,67首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Seven compounds were isolated from fresh clematis intricata Bunge., which were identified as n-octacosanol (1), β-sitosterol (2), scopoletin (3), fumalic acid (4), 2-methylamino-benzoic acid (5), salicylic acid (6) and mannitol (7).Their structures were elucidated by the physical-chemical and spectroscopic analysis.Compound 5 was a new natural product, and 6 and 7 were isolated from genus clematis for the first time.
