长裙竹荪正己烷提取物化学组成及抑菌活性研究

Chemical Composition and Antimicrobial Activity of the Extracts with n-Hexane from Dictyophora indusiata

摘要: 以正己烷为溶剂,对长裙竹荪子实体进行索氏提取,提取率为1.36%。应用GC-MS对提取物的化学成分进行分析,Rxi-1ms柱分离,质谱解析鉴定出55种成分,其中23种成分是首次从竹荪属中检测出来,其主要成分为:羧酸、醇、酮、倍半萜、芳香烃、酯等。提取物对伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有很好的抑制作用。

Abstract: The dry fruiting body of Dictyophora indusiata was extracted by n-hexane at 70 ℃ and the extraction rate was 1.36%. The chemical composition of the extracts had been identified by GC-MS with a column of Rxi-1ms. Fifty-five components had been identified and twenty-three compounds among them were detected from D. indusiata for the first time. The major components were carboxylic acids, alcohols, ketones, sesquiterpenes, aromatics, and esters. The extract showed a significant antimicrobial activity to Salmonella typhosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacterium vulgare and Bacillus subtilis.
