芦根的化学成分研究

摘要: 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱分析进行结构鉴定,从芦根的醇提液乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:苯甲酸(1)、D-阿洛醇(2)、乙酰氧基齐墩果酸(3)、borreriagenin(4)、3′,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、(-)-襄五脂素(7)、3β,5α,9α-三羟基-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(8)、桦木酸(9)、7-羟基香豆素(10)。所有化合物均为首次从芦根中分离得到。

Abstract: Ten compounds were separated and purified from the ethyl acetate fraction of the alcohol extract of Rhizoma Phragmitis by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified as benzoic acid (1),D-allitol (2),acetyloleanolic acid (3),borreriagenin (4),3′,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyisoflavon (5), oleanolic acid (6),(-)-chicanine (7),3β,5α,9α-trihydroxyergosta-7,22-dien-6-one (8),betulinic acid (9) and umbelliferone (10).All the compounds were isolated from this species for the first time.
