昆明柏的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性研究

Chemical constituents from Sabina gaussenii and their antitumor cytotoxicities

摘要: 运用色谱法从昆明柏中分离得到了9个化合物,通过核磁共振谱和质谱等光谱技术分别鉴定为脱氧鬼臼毒素(1)、鬼臼毒素(2)、乙酰表鬼臼毒素(3)、3′-O-demethylyatein(4)、雷酚萜(5)、podorhizol acetate(6)、isomassonianoside(7)、ambrosanosanoli-10,11-diol(8)和短叶松素(9)。其中,化合物1~9均为首次从该植物分离得到。经体外抗肿瘤细胞毒活性筛选,化合物1~4和6均显示出一定抗肿瘤细胞毒活性,其中化合物1、2和3对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela和人胃癌细胞株BGC-823具有较强的细胞毒活性。

Abstract: To investigate the chemical compositions of Sabina gaussenii and evaluate their antitumor cytotoxicities,nine known compounds,deoxypodophyllotoxin (1),podophyllotoxin (2),acetyl epipodophyllotoxin (3),3′-O-demethylyatein (4),triptonoterpene (5),podorhizol acetate (6),isomassonianoside (7),ambrosanosanoli-10,11-diol (8) and pinobanksin (9) were isolated from Sabina gaussenii.Their structures were mainly elucidated by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectroscopic techniques.Compounds 1-9 were isolated from this species for the first time.Compounds 1-4 and 6 showed cytotoxicities against tumor cell lines,and compounds 1,2 and 3 exhibited strong cytotoxicities towards human cervical carcinoma cell lines HeLa and human gastric cancer cell lines BGC-823.
