木豆化学成分和药理活性研究进展

摘要: 木豆是一种具有广泛药理活性和食用价值的中药资源,极具开发潜力。迄今已从木豆中分离到黄酮和茋类等多种化合物,在治疗骨质疏松和股骨头坏死、治疗高血脂和糖尿病、神经损伤保护、心脑缺血损伤保护以及抗氧化、抗肿瘤等方面具有较好的药理活性。本文通过对木豆化学成分和药理活性研究进行归纳和总结,以期为系统开发其药用资源提供参考。

Abstract: Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp.is a traditional Chinese medicine resource with a wide range of pharmacological activities and edible value,which has great potential for development.The main chemical components of C. cajan are flavonoids and stilbenes,etc. with main pharmacological effects including treatment of osteoporosis and osteonecrosis of femoral head,antihyperlipidemia,antihyperglycemia,neuroprotection,anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-cerebral ischemia,antioxidation,anti-cancer,etc. Based on the study of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of C. cajan,the present paper may provide theoretical evidence for the full development and utilization of this Chinese medicine.
