鸡骨常山根中的一个新吲哚生物碱

A new indol alkaloid from the root of Alstonia yunnanensis

摘要:

利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱、重结晶、HPLC等方法对鸡骨常山根进行化学成分研究,并通过现代波谱分析方法,用MS,NMR进行化合物结构鉴定。从鸡骨常山(Alstonia yunnanensis Diels)根中分离得到5个化合物,分别为17-amino-acetoxy-sarpagane(1)、tetrahydroalstonine(2)、vinorine(3)、17-acetylsarpagine(4)、vellosimine(5)。其中化合物1为新的吲哚生物碱,化合物3、5有一定的细胞毒活性。

Abstract:

To study chemical constituents of the root of Alstonia yunnanensis Diels.Five compounds were obtained by means of silica column chromatography,gelchromatography and recrystallization.Based on the modern spectral analysis methods such as mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR),the structures of these compounds were identified as 17-amino-acetoxy-sarpagane (1),tetrahydroalstonine (2),vinorine (3),17-acetylsarpagine (4) and Vellosimine (5),respectively.Compound 1 was a newindole alkaloid.Compounds 3 and 5 showed cytotoxic activity against tumor cells.
