响应面法优化微波辅助提取绞股蓝种子油工艺

Optimization of Microwaveassisted Extraction of Oil from Gynostemma pentaphyllum Seed by Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 为了探讨微波辅助提取绞股蓝种子油的最佳工艺条件。以种子油得率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法对料液比、微波温度、微波时间以及微波功率进行优化研究。得到微波辅助提取绞股蓝种子油的最优条件为料液比1:15 g/mL,微波温度59 ℃,微波时间14 min,微波功率600 W。在此条件下种子油得率(42.0085±0.02)%,与模型预测值41.2459%接近,说明此方法合理可行,该优化工艺稳定可靠。

Abstract: In this study,the microwaveassisted extraction (MAE) of Gynostemma pentaphyllum seeds oil was optimized.Based on single factor experiments,with yield of seeds oil as index,the extraction parameters (solid/liquid ratio,microwave temperature,microwave time and microwave power) were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM).The results showed that the optimal conditions to extract oil from G.pentaphyllum seeds were as follows:solid/liquid ratio of 1:15 g/mL,microwave temperature of 59 ℃,microwave time of 14 min,microwave power of 600 W.Under these conditions,the yield of G.pentaphyllum seeds oil (GPSO) reached (42.0085±0.02)%,which was close to the predicted value (41.2459%).The result showed that the developed method was feasible and reliable.
