Abstract:

To investigate the protection effect of external use of Moringa oil on skin injury of rabbit, 18 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups as negative control, Jinwanhong oil treatment, and Moringa oil treatment. A piece of skin deep to subcutaneous fascia with a diameter of 2.35 cm was cut on both side of the back of the rabbits to construct the wound model, then the wound were treated with the oil everyday, and the wound area was measured to determine the healing rat and the healing time; the whole derma of the wound skin was cut after 3 d, 7 d, and 10 d, dyed by HE and observed with microscope to determine the corresponding pathogenic degree. The results showed that external use of Moringa oil can accelerate wound healing, shorten healing time, and alleviating pathogenic changes which remind that Moringa oil can promote rabbit skin wounds restoration and healing.
