Abstract: Adsorption and desorption characteristic of different resins for total flavonoid from Jujube was investigated. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of resin adsorption conditions on adsorption rate of flavonoid, and the adsorption time, pH, volume and concentration were developed. By the Box-Behnken centre united experiment design and response surface methodology, the optimum adsorption conditions were developed using resin XDA-8. The adsorption time was 62 min, volume value 10 mL, pH value 7.32 and the concentration was 4 mg/L. Under the optimum condition, the sample adsorption rate was 85.64%, and the actual rate of adsorption was 85.51%.
