摘要: 本文以BHT和VC为对照,采用分光光度法,通过四种不同体系对乌奴龙胆乙醇提取物的各个极性部位体外抗氧化活性进行比较研究。结果表明,各极性部位对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均有一定的清除作用,也具有一定的还原能力。其中氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位效果最佳,其总还原力和对DPPH自由基的清除作用均优于BHT,本实验结果为扩展乌奴龙胆的应用范围和进一步研究其抗氧化活性成分及新型天然抗氧化剂的开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract: With VC and BHT as positive control,the antioxidant activities of different polarity fractions of ethanol extract of Gentiana urnula H.Smith were investigated.The results showed that all fractions had moderate antioxidant activity through DPPH·,O2,·OH and reducing power assays.The chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract had the strongest effects,with better DPPH· scavenging effect and total reducing power than BHT.This study provided a scientific basis for the further research of active constituents of G.urnula and its application as natural antioxidant.
