槲皮素铋的合成及其生物活性研究

摘要: 本文介绍了槲皮素铋的合成方法,并通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁氢谱、同步热分析进行了表征。氢谱显示铋离子在3'-OH位置与槲皮素配位,同步热分析确证了这个结果。通过DPPH法测定了槲皮素铋清除自由基的能力,结果显示,槲皮素铋清除DPPH自由基的能力弱于槲皮素。

Abstract: This paper introduced the synthesis method of quercetin-bismuth complexes.The composition of the synthesized complexes was characterized by UV-visible,IR,1H NMR spectroscopies and synchronous thermal analysis techniques. 1H NMR spectrum displayed quercetin chelated with bismuth ions at 3′-OH position.This result was confirmed by simultaneous thermal analysis.The antioxidants activity of the complexes was evaluated using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH).It was shown that DPPH radical scavenging activity of free quercetin was decreased after chelation of bismuth cation.
