摘要: 本实验旨在研究固体分散技术对吴茱萸碱(Evodiamine,EVO)的溶解度和溶出度的影响。以泊洛沙姆188(F68)为载体,熔融法制备吴茱萸碱固体分散体,通过X射线粉末衍射法、红外图谱分析药物在固体分散体中的存在状态和HLPC法测定EVO固体分散体的溶出度,采用相似因子f2分析不同处理方法对EVO固体分散体溶出度的影响。结果显示制备的分散体不影响EVO药物的含量和形态且大大提高EVO的溶出,该技术稳定可行且确定EVO与F68按1:4为较优配比值。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of solid dispersion on dissolution and solubility of evodiamine.The solid dispersion was prepared by melting method and poloxamer188 (F68) acted as the carrier.The distribution condition were analyzed using X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum.The dissolution of the solid dispersions was detected by HLPC.Similarity factor f2 was used to determine the effect of dissolution on different treatment methods.According to the result of these tests,the dissolution of ultrafine EVO-F68 solid dispersion was evaluated.The results showed that evodiamine solid dispersions technology can significantly increase the dissolution of EVO,which cannot affect the content and structure of EVO and even greatly improved the dissolution.The optimal ratio of EVO and F68 was 1:4. Preferable solid dispersion was time-saving,highly efficient and reliable.
