王不留行黄酮苷软膏剂的制备工艺研究

摘要: 为了研究“王不留行黄酮苷软膏剂”的制备工艺及制剂稳定性,本研究采用多因素配比实验筛选软膏剂处方,采用乳化法制备软膏剂,通过HPLC测定制剂含量。优化后的软膏剂处方为:15%硬脂酸甘油酯(质量分数)、20%液状石蜡、2%硬脂酸、6%十八醇、25%纯甘油、30%蒸馏水、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.1%羟苯乙酯和0.1%王不留行黄酮苷。实验结果表明该工艺简单可行,王不留行黄酮苷软膏剂质量稳定可控。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the preparation process of vaccarin ointment and its stability.Multifactor ratio experiment with the emulsion process was adopted to prepare ointment.The content determination was carried out by HPLC method.The optimal formulation contained 15% (mass fraction) stearic acid glyceride,20% liquid paraffin wax,2% stearic acid,6% octadecanol,25% pure glycerin,30% distilled water,2% sodium dodecyl sulfate,0.1% hydroxy ethyl benzene and 0.1%vaccarin.The optimized process was simple and feasible.The quality of vaccarin ointment prepared using the optimized process was stable and controllable.
