喹唑啉酮及其衍生物的生物学活性研究进展

摘要: 喹唑啉酮类化合物是含有嘧啶杂环的一类重要化合物,最初是从真菌和细菌中分离得到的。喹唑啉酮化合物在抗菌、消炎、抗高血压、抗惊厥、抗肿瘤等方面均显示出良好的生物学活性。以喹唑啉酮为先导化合物,对其母体结构进行结构修饰与改造,设计、合成喹唑啉酮类衍生物并对其生物学活性进行筛选已成为有机化学的研究热点之一。本文对近些年来喹唑啉酮类化合物的生物学活性以及构效关系的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Quinazoline is a class of important compounds containing pyrimidine heterocyclic,firstly isolated from fungi and bacteria.Quinazolinones have varieties of biological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antifungi,anti-convulsion,anti high blood pressure,and antitumor,etc. The quinazolinone analogs synthesis and in-depth biological activities studies have became one of the highlights in the organic chemistry.This paper summarized the researches progress on biological activities and structure-activity relationship of quinazolinone compounds.
