96种中药单体抑制血管生成的活性研究

Anti-angiogenesis Effects of 96 Compounds from Chinese Medicine

摘要: 采用内皮细胞高通量筛选模型和鸡胚尿囊膜(CAM)实验筛选技术,分析96种中药单体的抑制血管生成的活性。筛选结果表明有11种中药单体对Eahy-926细胞的增殖有一定的抑制作用且呈剂量依赖关系,有10种中药单体具有抑制CAM血管形成的作用。秦皮素、汉防己甲素、和厚朴酚、蝙蝠葛碱、鲁斯可皂苷元、高粱姜素、染料木素、隐绿原酸、齐墩果酸和α-倒捻子素,这10种单体化合物值得进一步研究。

Abstract: 96 Compounds from Chinese medicine were assayed against Eahy-926 cell in vitro and 11 of them on the chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) in vivo. The results showed that 11 compounds had a dose-dependent inhibition of growth in Eahy-926 cells in vitro, and 10 of them significantly inhibited angiogenesis on CAM at a concentration of 50 μg/egg.Compounds fraxetin,tetrandrine,honokiol,dauricine,ruscogenin,galangin,genistin,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid,oleanolic acid and α-mangostin showed anti-angiogenesis activity,and were worth further studying.
