葛根素的抗诱变性

Antimutagenic Effect of Puerarin

摘要: 检测和评价葛根素的抗诱变性,为其开发应用提供依据。采用小鼠淋巴瘤细胞实验评价葛根素抗诱变性。抗诱变性检测采用前处理、同时处理和后处理三种处理方式,以观察葛根素对甲基磺酸甲酯(MMS)或丝裂霉素C(MMC)诱变性的拮抗作用。结果显示,在葛根素抗诱变性检测中,MMS做为诱变剂时,在三种处理条件下,葛根素各剂量组tk位点总突变频率显著低于MMC阳性对照组(P<0.01)。MMC做为诱变剂时,在三种处理条件下,与MMC阳性对照组比较,葛根素各剂量组tk位点总突变频率均降低(P<0.01)。实验结果表明在三种处理方式下,葛根素能有效地抑制MMS和MMC的诱变作用,以前处理方式的抑制作用最强。

Abstract: In this study,the antimutagenic effect of puerarin were determined by TK gene mutation assay in L5178Y cells.Determination of mutant frequency of tk locus was performed according to the microcell method.The results showed that puerarin significantly inhibited the mutagenic effects of MMS and MMC in the pre-, post- and simultaneous treatments.Puerarin showed a good role for preventing TK gene mutation induced by MMS or MMC.
