西藏扁芒菊总多糖的理化性质及免疫增强活性

摘要: 用水提醇沉法提取了西藏扁芒菊总多糖,并利用一系列物理化学方法对总多糖的组成进行表征,探究其对免疫功能的影响。结果表明:西藏扁芒菊总多糖由半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、核糖组成,多糖分子量为1110000。其多糖含量、糖醛酸含量、蛋白含量分别为63.6%、20.76%、11.24%。进一步研究表明西藏扁芒菊总多糖能够显著增强巨噬细胞NO分泌功能,具有免疫增强活性,为西藏扁芒菊多糖的开发利用提供了依据。

Abstract: The crude polysaccharides of Waldheimia glabra (Decne.) Regel (W.glabra) were extracted by water extraction and ethanol precipitation method and characterized with a series of physical and chemical methods.The effect of the polysaccharides on the immunologic functions was then investigated.The results showed that the polysaccharides were composed of galactose,arabinse,glucose,mannose,rhamose,glucuronic acid,galacturonic acid and ribose and the relative molecular mass was about 1110000.The contents of polysaccharides,uronic acid and protein of the crude polysaccharides were 63.60%,20.76% and 11.24%,respectively.The indepth study indicated that the polysaccharides obviously promoted the NO secretion of macrophage and thus enhanced immune activity.This study provided the basis for the development and utilization of polysaccharides from W.glabra.
