摘要: 酸枣仁皂苷类化合物是具有多种生理功能的生物活性物质,但其化学成分复杂,提取率和纯度受提取及纯化过程中多种因素的影响,常规提取和纯化方法存在提取率和纯度较低的局限,需要将辅助操作及先进技术引入和应用到酸枣仁皂苷的提取和纯化。本文综述了近年来酸枣仁皂苷类化合物的提取和纯化方法的研究进展,以期开发出高效且操作简便的酸枣仁皂苷单体的分离纯化新技术,为新酸枣仁皂苷类化合物的发现、提取、分离与进一步研究奠定基础。

Abstract: Jujubosides are bioactive substances with a variety of physiological functions.But its structures are very complicated and the extraction efficiency and pesticide effect are greatly affected by many factors in the processes of extraction.High efficient extraction technology of jujubosides has been continuously improved based on the traditional extraction methods.To obtain high purity of jujubosides monomer,the new,efficient and easy operational separation and purification technology of jujubosides monomer is imperative.The research progress of the extraction and purification of jujubosides were reviewed in this paper,providing theoretical basis for developingnew efficient separation and purification technology and lay the foundation for the discovery,extraction and isolation of new jujubosides.
