太子参化学成分研究

摘要: 为了解太子参的化学成分、明确其药效物质基础,采用大孔树脂、正相和反相硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20等柱层析方法分离纯化得到10个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据分别鉴定为3-呋喃甲醇α-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(3-furanmethanol α-D-galactopyranoside,1)、云杉新甙(piceid,2)、二氢阿魏酸甲酯(3)、苯甲酸(4)、咖啡因(5)、胸苷(6)、水杨酸(7)、二氢阿魏酸(8)、腺苷(9)和太子参环肽B(10)。其中1为新化合物,2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: To understand the chemical constituents of Pseudostellaria heterophylla for clarifying its pharmacological basis,different types of column chromatography (CC) including macroporous resin CC,silica gel CC,reversed phase C18 CC and Sephadex LH-20 CC were employed for their isolation and purification.As a result,ten compounds were isolated and structurally determined as 3-furanmethanol α-D-galactopyranoside (1),piceid (2),dihydroferulic acid methyl ester (3),benzoic acid (4),caffeine (5),thymidine (6),salicylic acid (7),dihydroferulic acid (8),adenosine (9) and heterophyllin B(10) on the basis of NMR and HRMS.1 was a new compound,and 2-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
