摘要: 采用高效液相联合CAD检测器和凝胶色谱法,以葡聚糖作为标准溶液,运用Chromeleon 7 Extension Pack GPC Templates 软件作图分析,根据葡聚糖对照品标准曲线和方程测量麒麟菜多糖的分子量分布。本方法测得麒麟菜多糖数均分子量为356657,重均分子量为721611,主要分布在180000到820000间,分散性系数为2.02,本法简便,快速,结果准确。

Abstract: The Molecular weight distribution of Eucheuma muricatum polysaccharide was measured by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography combined with CAD detector and gelpermeation chromatograph,dextran was used as the standard solution and mapping analyzed by Chromeleon 7 Extension Pack GPC Templates software.The average molecular weight of Eucheuma muricatum polysaccharide is 356657 and the weight average molecular weight is 721611,which is mainly distributed between 180000 and 820000.Polydispersity PD is 2.02,The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
