当归多糖硫酸酯制备工艺优化研究

摘要: 从中药材当归中提取得到多糖,采用浓硫酸法硫酸化当归多糖,以产物的硫酸基取代度为指标,通过单因素实验和正交试验筛选出最佳硫酸酯化的工艺参数:反应温度为0 ℃,反应时间为2 h,正丁醇:浓硫酸为1:3时,样品取代度达到2.04,结果较为理想。

Abstract: Extracting polysaccharide from Chinese herbal medicine Angelica Sinensis,using concentrated sulfuric acid method to prepare sulfated angelica polysaccharide,selecting the degree of substitution as the index,optimized the sulfation process by single factor and orthogonal experiment:when the reaction temperature is 0 ℃,the reaction time is 2 h and the ratio of nbutyl alcohol to sulfuric acid is 1:3,the DS of samples reached 2.04,which is an ideal result.
