摘要: 转录组学作为系统生物学的一个分支,可以从整体水平上反映细胞或组织中基因的表达情况及其调控规律,已被广泛应用于各个研究领域。本文主要简述了转录组学研究技术及其在茶树次生代谢物、茶树抗逆、特异茶树资源以及茶树其它部位研究四个方面的应用,最后展望了转录组学技术在茶树功能基因发掘和代谢途径探索中的应用前景。

Abstract: As one branch of systems biology,transcriptomes has been widely applied to various fields of research.The study of transcriptomics can show the expressions of gene in cells or tissues and their regulation rules from the overall level.This article primarily outlined the transcriptomes technology and its application in tea plant secondary metabolites,tea plant resistance,specific resources and other parts of tea plant.Finally,the article put forward the prospect of transcriptomics approach in mining of functional genes and exploration metabolic pathways of tea plant.
