近5年植物茎叶抗癌成分的研究概况

摘要: 植物茎叶具有可再生特点,从茎叶中寻找抑制癌细胞的有效成分或有效部位进而开发成药物,可为治疗癌症提供大量持续利用的资源。本研究按照苯丙素类、黄酮类、皂苷类、萜类和其他成分对近5年植物茎叶中抗癌成分进行分类和总结,分析其主要活性成分的结构特征和抗癌作用,以期为进一步研究和开发抗癌药物提供基础。

Abstract: Based on the reproducible characteristic of plants stem and leaf,more and more active components,effective fractions and new medicines from the stem and leaf afforded the large quantity of sustainable resources for the cancer treatment.This study summarized the anti-tumor components from the plant stem and leaf in recent five years based on the classification of phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,saponins,terpenoids and other components,and analyzed their structural characteristics and anticancer effects of the main active ingredients in order to provide the research basis for further research and development of anticancer drugs.
