一贯煎治疗肝肾阴虚型肝纤维化的网络药理学机制分析

摘要：

临床上一贯煎常用于治疗肝肾阴虚型肝纤维化，其作用机制尚不明确。本文运用网络药理学技术对其作用机制进行分析。研究获取了一贯煎的中药化学成分及其肝肾阴虚型肝纤维化相关的靶点，发现其与肝肾阴虚型肝纤维化治疗相关的活性成分10个，主要作用靶点6个。在此基础上构建“中药成分-靶点-证候”复杂分子网络模型，并对主要靶点及通路的分析后发现一贯煎可能通过调节免疫，减轻炎症，影响TGF-β通路及细胞凋亡，缓解肝纤维化。该分析结果为研究一贯煎治疗肝肾阴虚型肝纤维化的作用机制提供思路，有助于进一步研究一贯煎治疗肝肾阴虚型肝纤维化的作用机制。

Abstract:

Yiguan Decoction is often used for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome (LKYDS),while the mechanism is not clear.We used the network pharmacology to explore the molecular mechanisms.10 active compounds in Yiguan Decoction and their 6 corresponding target genes in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with LKYDS were identified after the data mining and the network topology analysis.Then the “compound-target-syndrome” complex network model were constructed to investigate the underlying mechanism of Yiguan Decoction.Meanwhile,it was also found that regulations of immune system,TGF-β signaling and apoptosis were involved in the underlying mechanism of Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with LKYDS.The network pharmacology analysis was greatly helpful to investigate the underlying mechanism of Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with LKYDS,and the results may provide more ideas for further studies on the efficacy of Yiguan Decoction.
