摘要：

多孔菌科（Polyporaceae）多孔菌属（Polyporus）真菌在我国历史悠久，主要分布在山东、四川、海南、内蒙古等地，具有清热解毒、消肿利咽的功效,临床上用于治疗咽炎、扁桃体炎等。多孔菌属真菌中主要有四环三萜、甾体、倍半萜、芳香族类化合物等化学成分，其中四环三萜、甾体是多孔菌属真菌中含量较为丰富的化学成分，具抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗真菌等药理活性。通过查阅近30年国内外文献，对多孔菌属10多种真菌中分离得到的160多个化合物及药理活性进行了综述，为进一步研究多孔菌属真菌的化学成分及药用资源的合理应用与开发提供参考。

Abstract:

Polyporus (Polyporaceae) has a long history in our country.There are about 20 species,mainly distributed in Shandong,Sichuan,Hainan,Inner Mongolia and other places.It has the effects on clearing heat and detoxification,reducing swelling and throat.It has clinically been used to treat pharyngitis and tonsillitis.Polyporus fungi mainly include tetracyclic triterpenes,steroids,sesquiterpenes,aromatics and other chemical components.Among them,tetracyclic triterpenes and steroidsare rich in chemical ingredients with anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial pharmacological activities.By consulting domestic and foreign articles in the past 30 years,more than 160 compounds isolated from more than 10 kinds of Polyporus fungi were reviewed,which provides reference for further research on the chemical composition of Polyporus fungi and the rational application and development of medicinal resources.
