ICP-MS结合化学模式识别分析野生地黄产区土壤中矿物元素分布特征

摘要:

为了分析野生地黄主要产区土壤中矿物元素含量分布特征,本研究采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱分析法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)对野生地黄产区土壤中矿物元素含量进行测定,结合层次聚类分析(hierarchical cluster analysis,HCA)、主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)、相关性分析(correlation analysis,CA)等多元统计学方法对测定结果进行分析。结果表明35批野生地黄产区土壤中共检测出19种矿物元素,其中常量元素K含量最高,微量元素Fe、Al、Ti的含量较高;PCA和HCA分析表明,河南与其他产地野生地黄产区土壤中矿物元素特征存在差异,各自聚为一类,其中Ti、Al、Mn、B、As、Mo、Cd、Sn元素含量存在显著差异;海拔高度对野生地黄分布土壤中矿物元素含量的影响和分布地域有一定关系;相关性分析表明,野生地黄产区土壤中元素Mg含量与K、Al、Sr呈显著正相关,元素V含量和Cr、Ni、Co呈显著正相关,元素Sr含量与Cr、V元素呈显著负相关。因此,野生地黄产区土壤中矿物元素含量分布特征具有一定地域性,河南产地与其他产地野生地黄产区土壤中矿物元素含量存在差异,土壤中部分元素的含量之间存在显著相关性。

Abstract:

In this study,the mineral element contents in the soil of wild Rehmannia glutinosa production area was determined with microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the distribution characteristics of the mineral element contents in the soil of the main production areas for wild R.glutinosa were analyzed with combined multivariate statistical method including hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA),principal component analysis (PCA),correlation analysis (CA),and so on.The results showed that 19 mineral elements were detected in 35 batches of soil from wild R.glutinosa production area.The content of the macronutrient element K was the highest.The content of the trace elements Fe,Al and Ti was higher than that of other elements except K.PCA and HCA results indicated that there was difference in the content of soil mineral elements between Henan and other wild R.glutinosa production areas,and they were grouped into two different categories.The content of Ti,Al,Mn,B,As,Mo,Cd and Sn in the soil of Henan area was remarkably different with that of other areas.The influence trend of the altitude on the content of mineral elements in the soil of wild R.glutinosa production area was different with regionality.Correlation analysis results showed that,the content of Mg in the soil was significantly positive-correlated with K,Al and Sr,the content of V was significantly positive-correlated with Cr,Ni and Co,and the content of Sr was significantly negative-correlated with Cr and V.In conclusion,the distribution of mineral elements in the soil of wild R.glutinosa production area is characterized by regionality.the contents of mineral elements in the soil of wild R.glutinosa production area in Henan is different from that of other production areas,and the contents of some elements in the soil have a significant correlation with each other.
