魔芋神经酰胺的提取及其鞘磷脂含量的测定

摘要:

采用回流提取法提取魔芋神经酰胺进行初步的探索,重点分析了溶剂浓度、温度、时间、料液比对魔芋神经酰胺提取量的影响,确定了最佳的提取工艺;并且结合高效液相/蒸发光散射检测器的方法对魔芋结合态神经酰胺-鞘磷脂进行了定性定量分析。

Abstract:

The extration of ceramide from konjac by the refluxing method was studied. The effects of temperature, time, proportion of solute to solvent and extracting solvent on the extraction efficiencies were analyzed. The optimum extraction conditions were made. Combined with HPLC and evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC/ELSD), The sphingomyelin of konjac were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.
