齿瓣石斛化学成分的研究

Chemical Constituents from Stem of Dendrobium devonianum

摘要: 通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20反复柱层析、纯化,从齿瓣石斛的茎中分离得到7个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为新甘草苷(1)、3,5-二羟基黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷(2)、芦丁(3)、芹菜素-7-O-芸香糖苷(4)、芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(5)、β-胡萝卜苷(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。以上化合物均为首次从齿瓣石斛中分离得到。

Abstract: By silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography methods, seven compounds were isolated from the stem of Dendrobium devonianum, and identified by physicochemical prorerties and spectral data as neoliquirtin (1), 3,5-dihydroxyflavone-7-O-glucuronopyranoside (2), rutin (3), apigenin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (4), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), β-daucosterol ( 6 ), and β-sitosterol (7). All the compounds are reported in Dendrobium devonianum for the first time.
