大苞鞘石斛化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from Stem of Dendrobium wardianum

摘要: 通过硅胶柱层析、纯化,从大苞鞘石斛中分离得到5个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为钩状石斛素(1)、愉悦石斛素(2)、4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基黄烷酮(3)、β-胡萝卜苷(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。以上5个化合物均为首次从大苞鞘石斛中分离得到,本研究为大苞鞘石斛的开发和利用奠定了基础。

Abstract: Five compounds were isolated from the stem of Dendrobium wardianum by silica gel column chromatography methods, and identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data as aduncin (1), amotin (2), 4′,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavanone (3), β-daucosterol (4), and β-sitosterol (5). All of the five compounds were first reported in this plant. This study built the foundation for the development and utilization of this plant.
