摘要: 建立了从斑唇马先蒿中分离木犀草素和麦黄酮的高速逆流色谱分离方法,即:采用两相溶剂系统正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(10:12:9:12,v/v/v/v),上相作固定相,下相作流动相,在流速2 mL/min,转速950 rpm,温度25 ℃下实现了对上述两种化合物的分离。该方法稳定、高效、回收率高,分离出的化合物纯度均大于99%,可以被用于体内体外活性试验。

Abstract: Method for separation and purification of luteolin and tricin from Pedicularis longiflora Rudolph.var. tubiformis (Klotz). Tsoong by high-speed counter-current chromatography was established,i.e.:two-phase solvent system of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (10:12:9:12,v/v/v/v) was employed,the upper phase as stationary phase,the lower phase as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 2 mL/min, the rotary speed and temperature were set at 950 rpm and 25 ℃ respectively.These two compounds were separated successfully using this method,which is quick,stable and efficiency,the separated compounds can be used for activity test in vitro and in vivo.
