青天葵大极性化学成分研究

Polar Chemical Constituents from Nerviliae fordii

摘要: 对青天葵的化学成分进行研究,从其90%乙醇提取物的水溶部位中分离得到了十一个化合物,并通过波谱手段对其进行了结构鉴定,分别为:异牡荆苷(1)、牡荆苷(2)、橙皮苷(3)、腺苷(4)、2′-脱氧腺苷(5)、2′-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(6)、2′-鸟嘌呤脱氧核苷(7)、烟酸(8)、核黄素(9)、L-色氨酸(10)和阿魏酸(11)。这十一个化合物均为首次从青天葵中分离得到。

Abstract: Eleven compounds were isolated from the water-soluble fraction of the 90% EtOH extracts of Nerviliae fordii. Based on spectroscopic methods,they were identified as isovitexin (1),vitexin (2),hesperidin (3),adenosine (4),2′-deoxyadenosin (5),2′-deoxythymidine (6),2′-guanine deoxyribonucleoside (7),nicotinic acid (8),riboflavin (9),L-tryptophan (10),ferulic acid (11).These compounds are isolated from Nerviliae fordii for the first time.
